Bingo! This is awsome in theory, but in reality it is unlikely and will probably backfire. The fact is, the land owner is the one who should report this trespassing/ illegal hunting on his land to the appropriate authorities. Your bro should tell the land owner that "he'd like to show him where he is going to set up so that there is no confusion where he'll be hunting, and he'll be happy to keep an eye on the land for him". Let the dust settle and get ready for a great season on low-pressure land.
