I would work with the farmer on getting that stuff out of there. Then I would make a report with the farmer to the DNR that there was a stand and game cam over a bait pile on the farmer's property without the farmer's permission. This way, you look like a good samaritan for helping to uphold the law, you haven't accused anyone, and you can safely hunt the spot. The DNR officer can't get mad at you because after all, he was breaking the law with the bait pile as well as tresspassing and you were just being a good citizen.
