Hmmm, this is a tricky topic. If you got on his bad side he probally would try to make your life miserable. But if it were me I would keep cool and probally try to use this to my advantage. go back to area find a well used trail, follow back or away from his site, and set up stand. catch the deer going to his setup. As long as your not hunting over the pile But if you dont want him hunting there I would go to him face to face and say hey your not welcome on this land. please take your setup else wear or else........ good luck
