I got a shot at a doe at 3 yards on Saturday evening. At the angle I was at, I went between the lungs and wrecked the heart. She staggered and then took off and died 40 yards later. Three more deer came in after I shot her and I could have shot another doe at 20 yards, but thought better of it. That's alot of work and it's a long season.
