I have been experimenting a little with different silencers on the string. I have been using plain old cat whiskers, and they seem to make a strange rattling noise when shot. I first I thought it was something loose on the bow. So I went over it and everyting is good and tight. I plucked the string, and there it was. I swapped them out with string leeches, and its perfect. Has anyone ever seen this before on certain bows? I always thought you couldn't go wrong with cat whiskers, but they made noise on my bow. I had them tied into the string also.
