RE: .243 vs. 30-30
SHoNUFF, I posted my picture with the Black Bear I shot with a
Win 30-30 "Carbine" using a PMC 30-30 "Starfire HP" round.
I always chamber a different round for my first round the rest are
FN in the tube. I'm not saying all bears, but 30-30 will kill a black bear.
I forgot to mention about the .243. I have taken many deer with
FED 100gr NP ammo, but will not use it on Black Bear.
