I believe in the three S's. SHOOT-SHOVEL-SHUT-UP. I also believe if people want to own a cat. Then it should be their responsability to either keep the cat in their house. As the name states "HOUSE CAT" or make sure the cats don't leave the barn. As the name states "BARN CAT". I see a cat on my property, you better believe it's going to the big litter box in the sky.
