Last year during duck season me and my uncle got through early and i wanted to walk a woodlot and see if i could get a deer. On the way out we walked up on what i thought was about 3 or 4 turkeys. I walked around and set up on an old farm road and my uncle walked around to try and push the birds to me. My 3 or 4 turkeys ended up bein 30 or 40! I just kinda sat there with all these birds about 7 yards away lookin back at my uncle. He was actually herding them to me. lol. Finally after about 3 minutes he yelled," You better shoot somethin!!!!!!!!" About that time every one of them jumped up and started flyin, so i took a shot at one in the air. He's never let me live that one down. This season im bound and determined to get a turkey, and a deer.
