Hope you were using a Whisker Biscuit so you can keep your arrow on the rest! Would you still use the same pins upside down! Glad you had a safty belt on and ok. When I first started bowhunting I would, at least 4 or 5 times a year forget to tie my bow on before climbing up! On one morning I took a co-worker in to "show him how it was done" and no sooner sat down in my stand I had a good wide 7 point come in and bed down about 15 yards away.I slowly pulled up my rope and within the first foot or two had a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach.
Yep, you guessed it,no bow! My buddy sitting 150 yards away and watching through binos got a kick out of it!
