Default Feed back on flex fletch

I have heard the flex fletch vanes are more durable than most. I currently use duravanes and every time I shot at the range I end up sinking about half of my arrows up past the vanes and they become so wavey and deformed that I refletch them every other week. I have heard there isn't a problem with the flex fletch doing this. Any feed back or recomendations of what to use are greatly appreciated.
