I have 2 bobcat hides in the freezer, what is the best tanning solution for them? Is the tanning solutions in cabelas any good? I have tanned a deer hide with borax and alum, but is that too harsh for the cat hides?? The solution in cabelas says it makes the hides soft, which was hard to do on the deer hide and I am afraid that the cat hide will tear trying to soften it. Any ideas? [&:]
