I think you can find most of what you are looking for on archeryhistory.com . In good shape, and depending on when it was made, my guess it is could bring anywhere from $100-$200.

To clean it up, I'd use Murphy's Oil Soap, or any good non-abrasive cleaner.

They are too short for most folks, but popular nontheless. Nice find.
