Our club in NJ has 250 acres and 12 guys. We divided the property up into decent sized portions and each person can build one permanent stand and multiple hang-ons. During gun season, you ,must hunt your designated spot but are allowed to basically hunt any where within reason during archery.

As it turns out, some areas are definitely better than others and there is a lot of jealously on the part of some.
