Default RE: Ameristep Roundhouse 360 TSC MOBU

I have used the Outhouse for many years but found that it was too small for bowhunting. I got a great deal on the Roundhouse last year and I really like it. It's a bit heavy and cumbersome for a long hike into the woods but once setup, it's very comfortable. I carry a small folding chair and I don't have to worry about small movements.

Tips for bowhunting from a blind:

1-The biggest thing I would suggest is to make sure that you dont hit the blind with the elbow of your drawing arm. That will spook most deer or at the least, they will look in your direction making a shot difficult. The Roundhouse is plenty big enough to eliminate this.

2-Make sure there aren't any sticks or twigs under your blind. You can step on them and spook animals.

3-Keep at least one side zipped up so animals don't see movement inside.

4-You can't use expandable broadheads with the shoot-through screen. They may open when passing through it making flight erratic.

Hope this helps and good luck.
