Default RE: Got my first bow, now what?

It will come with the factory hush kit so you won't need the sims or the string leaches. I also have the Defender, and you won't be dissapointed. I am shooting 7595 Gold Tips with 125 grain points, they fly well, and I am happy with the speed, and KE they will have at 27" long and 420 grains total weight.
Spend the money on a good rest with adjustability, and a bright sight. The stabilizer just has to balance the bow, as there is very little hand shock with it, I have found mine is shooting better with a longer heavier one than the 4" doinker I had on it originally. The quiver will need to be small, as it takes very little side weight to cause this short ATA bow to cant, I switched from the 8 arrow 2 piece to the 4 arrow 2 peice for this reason.
For $40, the STS sounds like it is worth the money, and I think I will be trying one shortly.

Congrats, and enjoy, it spits arrows out nicely and I think packing it through the woods all day for Elk will be nice with its low mass weight.
