Well since this is your first bow you need everything. This can be cheap or expensive. I went cheap at first and was disappointed. Get a good rest and site. You can pick up a dozen of the Gold Tip arrows, which are really good arrows. You can get a whisker buiscut, drop away, or a prong rest. I personally like drop aways because they look cool! You don't really need an expensive site. You can get a good one for about $30.
