Almost scored again. It was a set up that I had to be on him when his head poped up. I thought he was going left & he went right. I had him at 10 yds. He heard me walking up the point to another bird. When he gobbled I had to set up quick. I was setting at the same tree where I took my 2nd bird last year. I hit the call 2 times & he was in my lap. I feel the season will get better before it goes out. I have had another bird give me the slip 3 times this season. I know where he roosts & struts. I will get him before season is over.
