I, like yourself, am only able to do the majority of my hunting on Saturdays. I work in the financial markets and must be at work 8am-4pm Mon-Fri. During the hunting season (Mid-Sept to Mid-Feb) my wife and I have an "agreement" that I hunt most Saturdays and get no "play time" on Sundays. On Sundays I must conceed to going shopping with her, being pulled trhough malls, and completing tasks on her "honey-do" list. (you know: do this, do that, fix this, fix that) It is well worth the compromise in my opinion.
