Here is the one I use for each time I chronograph a load. I can cross reference the basic info for what is on the other record and find out more details about that peticular load. I used this entirely for a while, then found that it was wasting a lot of paper space, as I didn't always chronograph loads, so I came up with something else that would be for every round I reloaded.



For some reason, when I scanned the page, it cut off the right side, but everything is there.
