As the other stated, I think you are looking for info on the Havoctec, not the Havoc. The Havoc is no longer in Hoyt's production line and was replaced by the Havoctec...a 2 inch shorter, TEC riser version of the same bow.

The XT2000 limbs with the Versacam would be my choice as well. The versatility of the Versa cam coupled with the durability of the XT2000 limbs makes it almost ideal.

But as BF stated, you may want to wait for the 2003 lineup to debut at the end of next month.

As for the best time (read least expensive) to buy bows....usually in November/December as shops are trying to get rid of their 2002 stock to make room for the 2003s.
