Default RE: For Everyone Else

I'm 67 graduated from General Motors Institute and worked as Development Engineer for them 39 years. Retired to my own lubrication business making bicycle and firearm lubricants (petroleum based). Shot muzzleloaders on an off for 35 years. After cancer surgery I went to organic food and elk meat is tops on my list. Only way to get drawn in Arizona is for muzzleloader so I updated to an Omega. Just bought a T/C Hawken with both a .54 and a .50 barrel. Once you get back serious it seems to become very habit forming. I really enjoy reading the posts from the non-engineer "experts" that post from time to time. Not trying to start anything; and I would be the first to say if you want to say something on the web you are free to do so. I just hope new people do not take all the posts for fact. You have to sort your information very carefully and rely on your owners manual a lot. As hunting is my prime reason for being in the Muzzleloading business I am very interested and am checking out all the newer synthetic powders. So far Black Mag'3 wins my bid for the cleanest easiest to use for hunting situations. Got my elk this year with Black Mag'3; now I have about a year or two of meat. PS: Have a wife two grown sons five grandsons and a granddaughter due in two months.
