this all sounds pretty good, but heres one more thought.
your last post says it would open up within either 30, 45, or 60 days, if not already filled. anyway, at least for me i set my swaps up VERY early, for two reasons. one, in wyoming, and many other western states, non residents must apply very early. also, i set em up early so i know how much vacation to delegate to all hunts, mine and my swaps.
these could interfere i think, but can be worked around im sure
