Default RE: Allegiance or not?

I shot an Allegiance this year and didn't see it as much of an upgrade at all to my 2003 Patriot........I also shot a Switchback and if that bow was faster I would have considered it.

The Allegiance is fast but my Patriot is as fast as I will ever need.........5-10 fps is not worth buying a whole new bow over.

I could feel a definate buzz in the grip of the Allegiance on every shot that is just not there in my Patriot.........and I was really disappointed in the draw cycle because of all the great things I had heard about it.......the Switchback drew much better IMO.

If I didn't already own a Bowtech I would most likely have been more impressed with the Allegiance.........as it is now though I see it as owning a corvette and upgrading to a new corvette.

In speed dept the Allegiance was faster but nothing to get excited over.

My Patriot is as quiet or quieter.

Both are smooth shooters.

The Allegiance had a buzz in the grip that I have seen others comment on.

I prefer the draw on my Patriot.

The Allegiance and Switchback are great bows no doubt.............but if you already own a Bowtech then I don't view them as much of an upgrade at all.
