you're really in the wrong area. Fredburg is known for deer but not dove. Thats not to say you can't do it but once your natives are shot out, it's unlikely that they will be replaced by migrating birds....
You are in the central zone and the hot bed for that area is between Brownwood, Coleman and Abilene. Fredrickburg is more geared toward deer and hogs but really isnt known for dove.
You might start at $30 a day and see how that works but, as i said, once your native doves are shot out it would be hard to replace them.
