youve had bad swaps, that sucks......

i do think there is something to what your saying. and maybe the money would help to an extent, but part of the reason for swaps is so you dont have money out of pocket, as some people with families are not able to turn in much of a deposit like that, with license costs and all. but on the same token, i do realize how lucky i have been in my swapping hunts. ive made a lot of lifelong friends.

i can see it both ways, maybe if the deposits werent too high it would work
