my question to you is do you hunt private or public land. if you take a walk a day or two on public that doesnt mean you hunt public land.. i want to know what u hunt most of the time. now if you do have too many deer your way well that will change soon because you are less than an hour away from me and its spreading. the one thing you have in your area is there is a lot of private land so the deer dont get hunted as much. now for your P & Y statement yeah there are some very nice bucks out there but only a few since the deer pop. is so low. when you have so many hunters after one nice buck well i guess your right i would rather see some doe and a spike. but the thing is back in the day when i was seeing 100 deer i also saw some big bucks w/ those 100. now i know times change and i dont want to see 100 deer a day i would just like to see a few.
