But the fact is that 2 out of five deer will never be P & Y buck in PA , but if they were the hunters sure wouldn't be complainining. The fact is only 1% (9.4 K) of the hunters in the state harvested a 2.5+ buck due to AR's while 79 K didn't harvest a buck due to the combined effects of HR and AR's. Thats why hunters are complaining.
I guess they'll actually have to hunt for once instead of walking out the first hour and blasting the first thing that walks by. What a concept...hunters actually hunting.
