Default Rule number one

Ok fellow contestants. Lets get one thing straight. The first rule.

1. Be safe. I would like for everyone to be safe this turkey season. Know your target and know whats behind it. Would anyone else like to give advise? Seriously good luck to all and be safe...

Its all fun and games until we hit the woods. Then it becomes serious. Always remember that full strut dekes and gobbler calls will attract attention, even if you are on private land.

Never stalk turkey sounds. You may just wind up walking into a loaded 12ga.

Thats right super. Thats an important rule. I dont leave the house without it. And as hoosier has told me dont leave your therma cell or skeeter repellent at home when ya hunt Alabama. Their skeeters are as big as their turkeys.

Hunt by the rules, otherwise you give all hunters a bad name.

Be the hunter you want hunting your land..Shut gates, leave it better than you came. If you hear someone working a turkey, let them work it don't push other hunters.
The TP thing....I take wet wipes; multiple uses.

Right on firelt 72. Pick up trash that other "hunters" leave in the woods so it is even better that you found it.
