RE: Team 5: Team Overload Thread
Well Kentucky's season opens next weekend. Me and some friends saw birds on our way to Meade County this past weekend. Hope to spend a
lot of time this week watching birds fly down and roost. Good Luch and
Good Hunting to all.

Nothing to report here. I figured out a pretty good spot for this coming weekend though. This past weekend I was only able to hunt Friday morning. All I saw was 2 dogs and 2 deer. With all the yapping by those stupid dogs, I didn't expect to see/hear much.
I'll be back at it this weekend though.

April 20th (Ohio opener) I have a 9 am exam..[:@][:@][:@] Oh well, I'll be out that afternoon and the next morning, and about all the free time I'll have until May 17th.
April 22 - May 10are theIndiana dates. Hopefully the birds will cooperate either atour farm in Indiana, or right down the road from my house in Ohio.

One of my buddies here at work has invited me to his property to hunt with him this weekend. He hasn't been able to get any gobblers to come to him over the last couple of weekends but he has heard a lot of gobbling. Maybe this weekend will work out ok afterall!
He wanted to try and get one before he invited me because he's afraid I'll shoot em all!

We used to have that noon rule here aswell but that changed about 2 or 3 years ago. Now we can hunt all day.
One smart thing the Wisconsin DNR did (and they don't do many).

Ive heard talk that the first few weeks will be morning only then the last few weeks will be all day. Not sure what to think about that though....more hunters in the woods pressuring the birds.
