Canning fail. Got the jars filled and in the canner and then couldn't find my pressure regulator and weights. Spent an hour and a half looking for it. So now i have 6 quarts of venison in the fridge that were boiled for 90 minutes but not truly canned.....

I have 2 canners, I keep the regulators and trays in the canner. A couple years ago I got a rolling cart that I keep my canning stuff on, the two canners, a box of lids and rings, and some other odds and ends. I keep it in the room with my food and preps and stuff. I just roll it into the kitchen when I'm going to can.
