Default Waterfowling in Washington,,,, Question?

A good friend of mine has just accepted a job with Kent Police Department in Washington. He enjoys waterfowling and would like to find out, how far he would have to travel to hunt for Harlequins and Brant geese? Can anyone help with this question?
