I have been looking for a German Shorthair in Minnesota, wondering if anyone had any referrals or suggestions for a good breeder.
I have called several, some of them want 1000$. Sorry, I am sure they are good dogs, but I can't afford 1000$ for a dog. Would be looking to get one from here till the end of the year.
The only ones I know of off the top of my head would be Fly 'n High Kennels (I think they're in Minnesota). Supposedly they have great Shorthairs but if I'm not mistaken I think there's a waiting list for their pups. And I'm sure they carry a pretty good price tag....but if you haven't looked at them yet, you might try...it never hurts.
