In Wy it isn't too difficult to see a prairie goat and have one jump in front of your bullet. I've filled every goat tag I ever had there.

I do doe antelope over by the Farson area every once in awhile. tags are usually easy to get and it is almost all BLM land so you can hunt just about anywhere.
