Default Question/1999 Polaris 300 sportsman 4x4

I have looked at this Polaris 4x4 and it is in very good shape. Has front and rear racks, green in color with the brown seat. No visible cracks, tires seem to be in good shape. Not sure of the milage/hrs it has on it. It has been forsale for quite awhile now.
They are asking $2000 for this. I was thinking of offering them $1500.
I was wanting to know if anyone would know what it is worth. Are there any problem issues that this Make, Model and year have? Like I said it looks in really great shape for a 99.

Thanks All!
