Default Cooper Firearms

Does anyone here have any experience with Cooper rifles. I noticed a varmint gun they advertise for under a grand which guarantee groups under 1/2" at 100 yds. They come in a variety of calibers, look sharp and are light enough to be good field guns. I'm intrigued, but would like to hear if they are as good as the web page makes one believe????

Thanks.

A fellow I used to shoot with had one of their first rifles - I recall he got it early '91. It was chambered in some kind of 22 centerfire round. Absolutely beautiful gun that shot every bit as good as it looked.

I just did a search on The High Road and the feedback from owners is very strong. I'll be heading to a local dealer this weekend to see what kind of deal I can make.
