New Options from Hornady

I was looking at Hornady web site and found somthing new for 2009. Flex-tip bulk bullets.

.430 265 gr
.452 200 gr
.452 250 gr
.458 325 gr

We will never run out of bullets to test

I was looking at them. What's the idea behind a flex tip? Although some of them could be loaded into sabots and some real good shooting could be made. And if they sell them in bulk, maybe we can even afford them. I had my sister check at the Wal Mart (since she lives in the big city) on the Hornady FPB 350 grains that they have. They have not come down in price at all. Soon they should as our muzzleloader season starts Monday. (although with how terrible modern season was, I am about ready to hang it up for the year)

These are the same bullets they load for Lever action rifles,with the soft tip. They might open faster/easier than the SST/SW.
