Back from Montana Antelope trip
Got back from our Montana antelope trip this last weekend, and it was absolutely awesome! I'm fortunate enough to have a brother who lives out there and can do some of the leg work before we go out there, it's great to hunt with him.
We filled 6 speed goat tags, unfortunately the nephew was unable to connect on one this season. I was lucky enough to fill a buck and doe tag as was my brother in law. My friend and brother both connected on decent bucks. My buddy got the best of the week and is now addicted to the hunting world, he's a newbie to it all and what a great experience for him.
I'll post a few photos, I'm still juiced from the whole trip! My brother in law and I got a double on this photo, it was sweet, that's my ugly mug on the right with the buck.

Here's my buddies goat, first ever animal, first ever antelope for him. He had the worst case of buck fever I've ever seen in my life when he got this guy, I was laughing my butt off. It was right at sunset, absolutely beautiful scenery and moment, beautiful buck too, it was around 14".

I hear you about the young'uns, the day I got back my 5 year old boy was asking if the next time I go if he could go with. I'm thinking another trip in two-three years, he might have to go along for the ride, it will be a fun one, might have to yank him out of school for a week, that will be a good one trying to pull if off from the Mrs.
