I've had a several local gunshop owners tell me about their "inside information" They all insist Walmart sells seconds. Of course they're completely full of crap!
Walmart does have enough buying power to order some sepecial made firearms. Sometimes with cost saving features like a matte finish, fixed magazine, etc., but they aren't selling scratch and dents or guns with manufacturing flaws.
