Nice 430lb squat, whats your max?

There's a kid in my school who is a junior, his dad an ex NFL player, he can do over 425 bench...he's got the record for the school in 11th grade, the kid is outstanding.

Thats actually only 415 which is my max, i am just a junior now to. We are maxing one more time before the end of school so hopefully i will get a little closer to your guy ;):D

nvm lol he benches that much, thats insane haha. I bench 275 haha no where even close to that lol. You might be watchin him play on sundays one day.....

I had a girlfriend for about a year who was like that. She was a Hot Shot, marathon runner and ToughGirl participant. She kicked my ass......and I liked it.
