I only like Trophy Hunter Magazine, Muley Crazy, Peterson's Hunting, and Western Hunter.

The best hunting mag for pics is BIG BUCK and i think the best if you want some tips is petersons hunting especially the annual magazines which are out now.

I've been subscribing to Outdoor Life for quite a while and i think its great. They have a wide variety of hunting strategies, locations, information, etc. I always look forward to the arrival of the latest one. It also has some fishing but not much. But basically I'd just look around. You dont have to subscribe to just one. You can go to a book store and buy several different ones.

If you haven't joined the NRA I strongly suggest doing so, not only will you be supporting our second Amendment rights but you will also get to select one of of several magazines as part of your membership. One of those magazines is American Hunter and there are many good hunting articles and timely info. in this mag.

I don't know what type of hunting you're into (big game, small game, North America, Africa...) but many of the magazines already mentioned are good choices. If you like African game I think African Hunter is exceptional.
