what do i do here?
 

well i got off the bus today which drops me off at the corner of my street. i was walking home when i hear someone hammering it coming down my road. i looked behind me to see this kid's older sister (who i know) in the shoulder acting like she is gonna hit me. when she went by me she was about 2 feet or less away from me doing about 40-45. there are lots of potholes on this road. if she would have hit one then lost control....you know. so now the ? is what am i supposed to do. if i call the parents they wont do anything so i need to do something personally. i guess i will give her a warning tomorrow that if she does it again her car wont be working the next day when she goes to school. i dont want to hurt anyone so i guess ill just cut the transmission line under the car so the breaks will still work and everything else. any help??????? i wouldnt do that, just go talk to the police, have them come and monitor your street or whatever. because if you do that you could probably go to court and have to pay a pretty hefty fine. and that wouldnt be too good.

Just talk to her about it. If she keeps doing it, then maybe you'd want to talk the cops.

i'd diffently warn her but say that if she did it again that her car wouldn't be working at all and if she did iot again put sugar in her gas tank(if u dont know what that does-it gums up the motor and u half to take it all apart to fix it)

That happens to me all the time because me and my frineds play hack in the street right next to a frisbee golf place and they always try to hit us. they act like they are goin to beat us up to but there is ussualy about 7 of us so i am not really scared

well i already gave her brother the warning so that is set straight.
they wont monitor the streets we have already asked them to do that just b/c of speeding cars. i think ill just carry some nails with me n when she does it again throw em in front of her
