Favorite meat...

I would just like to know what is y'alls favorite wild game?

Mine is (in order):
Pronghorn
Elk
Whitetail/Muledeer
Mountain Goat
All Bighorn/thinhorn sheep
Grouse
Rabbit
the rest of the birds:D

Just curious what people like...

Alligator is pretty good...tastes like chicken, especially if you make it into nuggets:D

then buffalo
then wild turkey
then everything else
