lets see...135 behind the house...1/3 woods, the rest is CRP....750 about a half hour south of here, great turkey hunting and excellent deer hunting...80 acres in iowa....640 in iowa and we're buying more possibly, one man made pond, one huge beaver pond, alot of snipe,ducks, and pheasant....The whitetails are all huge and the turkeys are all over the place.

My most productive bowhunting place is only about 10 acres. I have another ranch though thats about 400 acres here in town. Then, if i travel away, i have about 2000 acres in NW oklahoma, and about 4000 acres in SE oklahoma.

I have a little more than 600 acres that I can walk to right behind my house and I have 250 more about a 15 minute drive from my house. It's all agriculture and hardwoods. I consider myself very lucky to be able to hunt that much land.

my grampa and i hunt on about 850 acres i think (if i converted right).

It's a nice hunting district consists of fields (about 2/3) and 1/3 wood.
Hunting it is great fun.

alot couldnt say cause i live at the base of a huge mountain an we own 23 acres an then u can hunt where ever you wwant here

seriously, for the most part public is just about as good as private. Some big towns in idaho have a pop. of 1000! lol [:o]...

Not that much hunting pressure at all, all you have to do is find the right place.
