Where is everybody?
 

It's been slow here in the young hunters forum, What has every one been up to? I've been getting everything ready for hunting season and spending the few days I have left with my girlfriend before I go to college. This is going to be my first year kinda scared but I think I'll like it as long as I get back to hunt on weekends and over breaks.

practicing with bow, trail cam, fishing, hanging out with some guys. don't remind me about school! i'll be a junior this year (in HS), apparently it's the toughest year. My sisters going to college this year, shes pretty scared. She's going to Indiana University of Pennsylvania

Im with you Iayote.. just trying to get a few more days in with the my girlfriend befor I head back to mississippi for college. As soon as I get back we start baseball so there wont be much time to come home and see her. Ill be goin into my senior year this yr. Gettin a lil anxious.
been tryin to squeeze in a few days to sling some arrows and run the trail cams. lookin good this season

I'm sitting in the IUP library right now!! I have been working a lot of hours, and looking for "real" jobs. Getting close on a couple of federal jobs! Hunting season is coming quick!

I have my bow ready, put my broadheads on my arrows amd laid everything out as if it were opening day tomorrow. I check trailcams for the last time until labor day weekend tomorrow. I move to the University of Iowa Thursday. Not too thrilled, my passion for hunting has me double guessing my major again.

DeerJunky- Yeah it is probably the worst goodbye I'm going to have to say. I'm going to try to see her as much as I can. I think I have her convinced to come hunting with me too so we have more time together.

blech. wanting to do more huntingwise. been after squirrels once already. no target practice tho and no scouting :cry: been spending alot of time with friends and girlfriend, and gone fishing a few times but hasent been a very good fishing year for me :violin: lol but very ready for hunting season!!!!! :biggrin:
