you have that right we have 2 of them the 93 250 5.9 12 valve and a 2001 2500 5.9 24 valve.I also have an old 1989 dodge 250 with the 5.9 360 gas engine. the 93 covers everybody elses cars in smoke then go flyin by them. they :action-smiley-099:the powerjokes and duramaxs.

I was once in a chipped 7.3 f250. A kiddo messing around had his window down and had some choice words for us. A dose of exhaust filled his car shut 'er up. Gotta love rollin' smoke..

You're probably better off with the gas engine for power, lol. The 6.5 isn't turbo'd, and the power sucks on them. The only real advantage would be that you would probably get better gas mileage

mossberghunter93 03-23-2010 06:20 AM

Well from my experience they seem to have more, but my v8 still doesnt have quite the power it should. I really want the 4x4 and better mileage not to mention it will probly last longer.

Big Z 03-23-2010 02:28 PM

Wouldn't go without 4wd myself, though your needs may vary. With old diesels comes poor cold weather startups without use of a block heater, and the need for more warmup time, though I do enjoy diesel..

Revive your old gasser. I use this in my vehicles. As guaranteed, I've noticed quite the change in power in each engine I've put it in, and some mileage increases too.
