I am the exact same, nobody in my family hunts except some that live too far away to spend time in the field with me so I have learned everything by asking others and through trial and error. I have started with nothing and bought everything myself. I like to hunt whitetails and waterfowl mostly and have spent most of my money on hunting but I can't think of anything else worth the money! I have had alot of help from friends and adults to get into hunting but now I'm addicted!

Thanks for posting this because i now realize that im not alone in this hunting world. Hunting is how i live, not one person in my fam hunts.
