I have a gas and a diesel. If I'm towing, I'm using the diesel. Any other time, I use my gas truck.

diesel all the way. big time fan of caterpillar diesel POWER!!! like dirtymaxers and then after that cummins and then after that like detroit then probably after every single diesel engine m,ade............powersteroke

diesel= more power, more torque, more smoke, more weight, better sound, and more ladies:D thats why diesle good

Mossbergman..... A duramax 2500hd doesn't have anymore weight to it than the gas version( maybesomething like 75lbs, but I don'tthink anymore thanthat,ifit even has more weight). So you wouldn't really notice it.

TheSame apply's to the other two. ( ford f-250and dodge 2500 )

the new chevys dont sound very good with the DuraMax/Allison in it. theres no roar and when it idles it doesnt purr much anymore. i like the 2003-2006 DuraMax's. they sound really good when you put a Magnaflow 6 incher on her.

i could think of a couple other things that have a better smell with the same definition of beauty and performance, and sometimes just as loud ;)

No they don't...... A 2500hd with a diesel doesn't weight anymore than the gas 2500hd.
