after many many many miles of hunting/tracking.somewheres around (30 miles) all together i finally come on to one. and it was really small but today was the last day of the season and it was noon time so i took the best shot i had and made the conection. its really small. so small infact i closed my gagrage door cuz im ashamed. it will eat good though. the only reason ill put a pic on here at some point is cuz our team needs points.....on second thought we are so far behind it wont matter so i might not even post a pic. all i can say to make myself feel better is those jack rabbits are hard to hit on the move

it sucks we are only allowed one deer cuz this baby is only gonna yeild about 50lbs of meat. i just hope the deer herd is in better shape next year

dude i havnt taken any yet. i just woke up i feel ****ty. ill take some today though.seriously its nothin ytou really wanna see. his little nutz were the size of peas thats how small he is[>:]

what makes it worse is the ribbing im gonna get from my dad and brother and g/f's father cuz i always pass the little guys up and then i dragged one home. on the ph. last night my dad was pokin at me a little lol the only defense i have is the shot conditions lol it helps me sleep better about it

yea dont be ashamed my uncle shot a small one this season around 50 pounds our smaller around a year old or so but the meats still good

By the looks of your deer it isnt that small...

The tecnique i was talking about is standing far behind the deer to make it apear larger,

but your doe looks to be of good size, i dont know what you were worried about....

behind it? i guess, its normal isnt it. when you take field photoswould you sit in front or behind an animal. i actually got in that position so theshoulder that wasnt broken wold rest against my leg and keep her turned for the camera.[&:]

its really not terribly small my friend! but when it comes time to fill the freezer...or i shoot a deer and the small one runs off then comes back smelling the corps so i shoot it to...and ppl start giving me crap...just tell them the truth...any bum can hit a big buck...takes a good shot to shoot the smaller deer!;)
