Default I shot a doe this morning with my 30-30

I climbed up into my stand before first light this morning and patiently waited. I heard footsteps all morning and around nine in the morning I looked over my shoulder to see a nice doe and fawn feeding at 33 yards. I turned my upper body 45 degrees and got the one feeding in the crosshairs. Blurry contact DARN so I blink really hard to clear it up look through the crosshairs. I held in the boiler room and BOOM. The deer I shot hunched up and stumbled two steps and stood humped up. The doe stood and watched. In the time it took me to reload it was down for the count. When I notice the head was up I put two more in him. My finishing shots werent neccesary as my first shot was perfect I climbed down and took some pics then when everyone else was done their hunt I got them to take more pictures. Its a button buck and not the biggest deer in the world (I was able to drag him out on my own lol) im happy with it. This is my 6th whitetail! two more to go and im tagged out! (unless I choose to buy my other wt tags)
