I see groups of strays anywhere from one lone dog all the way to a group that had 13 dogs in it one time. We shoot them around here, we have to. Two years ago they killed a little kid who was playing out in his yard. They kill game like crazy. We actually had a "wild dog roundup" one time. several people in our little farm town got together and we put on drives for dogs. theyare vbery destructive once they get out of hand. Not saying those two were wild, and I would never kill one just to do it. But when they start causing problems, it doesn't stop.

well they didnt have collars and they were all beat up and dirty and you can jsut tell when something has no owner

Is there a difference between having an owner and having one that doesn't care? Essentially it is the same thing. His point was, they were not nice dogs. They were messy, prolly looked hungry, and possibly had been beaten. He did not shoot them, so no harm done. Around us, they are obviusly strays in packs. It functions just like a pack of any other predator, there are dominate dogs and lesser dogs. They run game and kill everything that they can. Generally, the dogs that are in the packs were either dropped off because the owner thought "someone will find it and take care of it" Or they sed to be used as fighting dogs. Or they are just born wild.... Not sure what his dogs were, but thats what we got here.

I guess they were just dogs roaming around I certaintly would not shoot them im not that heartless thats just plain STUPID
